<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Hefegebäck mit Sauerkirschen</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Meine kleinen Gebäckstücke mit Sauerkirschen sind extrem saftig und gut. Die säuerliche Note der Kirschen verleiht dem Gebäck das gewisse Extra. Wem diese Variation jedoch zu säuerlich ist, kann natürlich auch Süßkirschen nehmen. Und je nach Geschmack können diese Taler auch mit anderem Obst belegt werden. Auf jeden Fall kann man sie gut für unterwegs mitnehmen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer es noch saftiger mag, kann unter den Sauerkirschen eine Quarkcreme mit Pudding geben. Dazu einfach Sojadrink mit Dattelmehl aufkochen, mit Stärke binden und dann etwas Sojaquark unterrühren. Wenn es abgekühlt ist, dann auf die Teiglinge verteilen. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Auf meiner Website habe ich bereits ein Naan-Brot mit Hefe vorgestellt. Jetzt backe ich einmal ein Naan-Brot ohne Hefe, nur mit Backpulver. Das geht schneller, schmeckt ebenfalls sehr fein und ist vielseitig zu verwenden. Einfach verschiedenes Gemüse oder auch Bohnen auf die Fladen verteilen und dann einrollen. Als Krönung noch ein leckeres Topping obendrauf. Ein paar Kräuter, Zwiebeln oder Schnittlauch geben dem Naan-Brot die Würze. Oder man isst das Naan-Brot einfach zu Eintöpfen oder mit einem Dipp.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Naan-Brot ohne Hefe</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein super leichtes und schmackhaftes Brot, das man vielseitig verwenden kann. Am besten füllt man es mit Salat, Tofu oder Tempeh und dazu noch eine leckere Sojajoghurtsoße. Das ist eines meiner Lieblingsspeisen. Mit ein bisschen Übung bekommt man die wunderbaren Fladen schnell gebacken. Wichtig ist, dass man sie gleich nach dem Backen entweder einrollt oder in kleine Schüsseln steckt und sie dadurch formt und natürlich mit einem nassen Tuch bedeckt. Sie trocknen doch sehr schnell aus und danach kann man sie nicht mehr formen, da sie dann brechen. Aber mit etwas Geschick bekommt man tolle Fladenbrote.</p>

Das erspart die Gehzeit des Hefeteiges. Einfach Mehl mit Backpulver vermengen, noch Sojajoghurt hinzufügen und schon ist die Grundsubstanz des Fladenbrotes hergestellt.</span></div>

Als Topping wird ein Guss aus Zwetschgengelee genommen. Dieses macht es besonders saftig und lecker. Für den Teig wird Dinkelvollkornmehl verwendet. Das macht den Teig zwar fester, jedoch ist hier noch das volle Korn enthalten.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Der Teig ist sehr weich. Deshalb wird nochmal ca. 50 g Dinkelvollkornmehl zum Formen der einzelnen kleinen Teiglinge benötigt. Wer den Guss nicht so fest möchte, nimmt nur 1 Päckchen Agar Agar.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ich verwende Dinkelvollkornmehl, weil es das volle Korn enthält mit allen Mineralien. Zum Süßen eignet sich Dattelmehl hervorragend.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tipps</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pancakes lassen sich gut einfrieren. Bei Bedarf eine jeweilige Portion kurz in dem Backofen auftauen und erwärmen. Die Heidelbeersoße kann ebenfalls portionsweise eingefroren werden.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn es schneller gehen soll, einfach nur eine Seite backen und dann im Backofen für ca. 5 &#8211; 10 Minuten fertig backen.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Apfelschnecken</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein überaus fruchtig und zimtig schmeckende Kreation auf einfach Art und Weise gebacken. Die Apfelstücke habe ich diesmal nicht auf dem kompletten Teig verteilt, sondern erst einmal Schnecken geformt und dann die Apfelstücke darin verteilt. Einmal eine ganz andere Gestaltungsform der üblichen Apfelschnecken. Immer etwas Neues ausprobieren, das ist mein Motto.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Als Alternative kannst du natürlich diese Leckerei auch ganz klassisch herstellen, indem du einfach den Hefeteig zu einem Rechteck ausrollst, dann mit der Füllung bestreichst und aufrollst. Danach Stücke abschneiden und wie oben beschrieben backen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Schnell und einfach beim Backen. Das sind meine Quarktaler. Die Birnen darin machen das Gebäck saftig und lecker. Ideal wenn der kleine Hunger kommt und man unterwegs ist. Sie lassen sich gut einfrieren, so dass man immer etwas zur Hand hat. Wer lieber Äpfel mag, kann diese natürlich auch verwenden. Oder auch anderes Obst passt sehr gut in diesen Backpulverteig.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Als Beilage schmeckt Birnen-, Kirschen- oder auch Zwetschgenkompott. Hierzu kleingeschnittenes Obst mit Wasser, Dattelsüße und einer Prise Zimt leicht köcheln lassen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Vanilleschote kann man abwaschen und trocknen lassen. Dadurch kann man sie mehrfach verwenden. Also nicht wegwerfen!</p>
