<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sehr sättigend und gehaltvoll an Nährstoffen sind diese Burger. Jedes Essen wird dadurch perfekt ergänzt. Ich esse am liebsten Kartoffeln oder Süßkartoffeln mit verschiedenem Gemüse dazu. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Brotbrösel hat man schnell zur Hand, wenn man übrig gebliebenes Brot etwas klein schneidet, im Mixer mixt und dann einfriert.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Linsencurry Aufstrich</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Den Linsencurry Aufstrich esse ich sehr gerne auf meinem Brot. Den gibt es bei mir oft am Wochenende, wenn ich <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/category/rezepte/backwaren/brot/">frisch gebackenes Brot</a> mache. Dazu habe ich immer verschiedenes rohes Gemüse. Salat, Paprika, Gurken, Schnittlauch, süße Zwiebeln, Tomaten, Rucola, Feldsalat und vieles mehr. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Linsenbällchen immer extra in Wasser ziehen lassen, sonst zerfallen sie in der Kapernsoße.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer mag kann noch einen Spitzer Zitronensaft in die Kapernsoße geben.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Zu den Bällchen passt auch Kartoffelpüree oder einfach Salzkartoffeln.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Bällchen können auch ohne Kapernsoße zu anderem Gemüse oder anderer Soße gegessen werden.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Bolognese kann man auch mit gelben Linsen zubereiten. Gelbe Linsen sind etwas kerniger im Geschmack. Frische Kräuter am Schluss geben dem Gericht den besonderen Geschmack. Und wer mag, kann einen Tofu zerbröseln und ebenfalls zur Soße geben.</p>

Linseneintopf kennt eigentlich fast jeder aus früheren Zeiten. Da wurde dieser noch süßsauer hergestellt. Mir persönlich schmeckt diese vegane Art ohne zusätzliche Säure oder Süße am besten. Abgerundet wird mein Eintopf mit einem Hauch von Kreuzkümmel. Das gibt ihm den besonderen Geschmack.</p>
