<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tipps</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer keine Pizzafunktion im Backofen hat, dann bei 180 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze backen. Jedoch darauf achten, dass die Pizza nicht zu heiß gebacken wird, da sonst der Kürbisbelag leicht Farbe annimmt. Also immer ein bisschen die Pizza im Auge behalten. Lieber die Temperatur des Backofens herunterschalten oder abdecken.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Den Spagettikürbis kann man auch vorher teilen, dann die Schnittflächen innen leicht salzen und mit den Schnittflächen auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier legen. Dann im Backofen bei 180 &#8211; 200 Grad ca. 45 Minuten backen. Dies richtet sich aber immer nach der Größe des Kürbis. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Oder man kocht den ganzen Kürbis im Wassertopf für ca. 30 Minuten. Die Schale vorher ein paar Mal einstechen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ich habe diesmal den Kürbis für meine süße Herbst-Pizza wie oben beschrieben im Wasserbad im Backofen gegart. Die Schale des Kürbis ist sehr hart und man kann ihn schlecht teilen. Da empfiehlt es sich, ein geeignetes Kürbismesser zu benutzen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn man die Schale gut einstechen kann, dann ist der Kürbis fertig.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Kürbissoße lässt sich wunderbar in kleinen Teilmengen einfrieren. So hat man schnell eine Soße zur Hand. Ihr könnt sie auch super zu eins meiner <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/category/rezepte/kartoffelprodukte/">Kartoffelprodukte</a> essen. Das schmeckt mir persönlich wirklich sehr. Kartoffel und Kürbis ist einfach eine perfekte Kombination. </p>

Der Hokkaido-Kürbis, auch bekannt als Roter Kürbis oder japanischer Kürbis, ist eine beliebte Sorte, die in vielen Küchen auf der ganzen Welt geschätzt wird. Den Hokkaidokürbis kann man auch mit Schale kochen und pürieren.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Gelb und grün, es ist nicht nur schön anzusehen, sondern schmeckt auch einfach unglaublich gut. Das Hirserisotto mit Kürbis eignet sich auch optimal, um es mit in die Arbeit mitzunehmen. Dort kann man es kurz erhitzen oder man isst es einfach kalt. Denn es muss nicht unbedingt warm sein. Auch als kühle Speise trumpft diese super Mahlzeit.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Grünkohl mit Buchweizennudeln</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Grünkohl, auch als Kale auf Englisch bekannt, ist ein Blattgemüse, zu der auch andere Gemüsesorten wie Kohl, Brokkoli und Rosenkohl gehören. Er zeichnet sich durch seine dunkelgrünen, krausen Blätter aus und ist bekannt dafür, ein äußerst nährstoffreiches Gemüse zu sein. Meine Kreation Grünkohl mit Buchweizennudeln ist ein sehr leckeres Essen, das mit einer Currysoße hervorragend abgestimmt wurde. Buchweizennudeln sind Nudeln, die aus Buchweizenmehl hergestellt werden. Die Nudeln haben eine charakteristische dunklere Farbe im Vergleich zu anderen Nudeln.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In der deutschen Küche ist das Kohlgericht ein traditionelles Wintergemüse und wird oft mit Kartoffeln serviert. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Grünkohl ist mit das gesündeste Gemüse, das man kennt. Neben Broccoli ist er mein bestes Gemüse, das ich in verschiedenen Variationen zubereite. Bei diesem Gericht wird er im Backofen gebacken. Dazu gibt es eine super leckere und cremige Bechamelsauce, die sich mit den Kartoffeln verbindet. Genieße dieses herrliche Essen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ganz hervorragend schmeckt dieses Gericht auch mit lila Kartoffeln oder lila Süßkartoffeln. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bei einer kleineren Portion Gemüse können die Kartoffeln nach 30 Minuten direkt auf das Gemüse gegeben werden, dann mit der Soße abdecken und anschließend noch ca. 15 Minuten überbacken.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Immer etwas Leckeres zum Essen zaubern. Das finde ich total gut. Noch dazu wenn es sich um eine vitaminreiche und nährstoffreiche Mahlzeit handelt. Der Grünkohl ist der absolute Favorit dafür. Kürbis und Kichererbsen runden das ganze ab. Kartoffeln gehören natürlich auch dazu, denn sie sind die sättigende Quelle nach den Kichererbsen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Da der Grünkohl sehr viel Volumen hat immer portionsweise in den Kochtopf geben.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Der Grünkohleintopf kann auch im Backofen gegart werden. Bei dieser großen Menge empfiehlt es sich jedoch, die Kartoffeln extra in einem Topf auf der Herdplatte zu garen, da sich sonst die Kochzeit verlängert. Am Schluss alles zusammenfügen. Alternativ: die Kartoffeln zuerst im Backofen mit etwas Wasser vorgaren und dann das Gemüse hinzufügen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die frischen Kichererbsen sollten am Abend zuvor in Wasser eingeweicht und am anderen Tag für 15 Minuten im Schnellkochtopf gegart werden. Alternativ können Kichererbsen aus der Dose genommen werden.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Das Kürbisgulasch kann man auch gut im Backofen zubereiten. Hierbei können kleingeschnittene Kartoffeln gleich dazu gegeben werden. Hokaidokürbis kann man auch mit der Schale essen. Ich bevorzuge jedoch den Kürbis zu schälen, da er dann weicher ist.</p>
