<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tipp</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Solltet ihr kein Baguette Blech besitzen, dann kann man als Alternative auch 2 Backpapierblätter nehmen und wischen den beiden Lagen zwei Papprollen von Küchenrollen legen, damit der Abstand und die Baguetteform gegeben ist. Man benötigt bei 2 großen Baguettes 3 Rollen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Als Abwechslung zu Kräuterbaguette schmecken auch meine leckeren <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/gemueseschnecken-abwechslung-pur/">Gemüseschnecken</a>.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dinkelvollkornmehl enthält das gesamte Korn – also Mehlkörper, Keimling und Randschichten. Dadurch liefert es mehr Ballaststoffe, Mineralstoffe und natürliche Aromen als helles Mehl. Viele schätzen Dinkel wegen seines leicht nussigen Geschmacks, der besonders gut zu Kräutern und Knoblauch passt.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Da Vollkornmehl mehr Flüssigkeit bindet, benötigt der Teig meist etwas mehr Wasser als Rezepte mit hellem Mehl. Wenn man natürlich ein etwas lockeres Kräuterbaguette möchte, dann kann man die Hälfte des Dinkelvollkornmehls auch mit Dinkelmehl Type 1050 ersetzen oder ganz mit Dinkelmehl Type 1050 backen. Die Wassermenge dann dementsprechend anpassen.</p>

Diese Frucht ist oval bis rundlich und hat eine grüne Haut sowie eine orange-gelbe, leicht stachelige Schale. Das Fruchtfleisch hat einen milden, süßen Geschmack. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Teig nicht zu lange rühren. Gerade bei Dinkelmehl reicht kurzes Vermengen. Zu langes Rühren macht den Kuchen kompakt statt locker.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Es gibt auch spezielle Silikonbackformen für den Airfryer. Das ersetzt das Backpapier und kann immer wieder verwendet werden.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Mit Temperaturen experimentieren, denn jeder Airfryer funktioniert anders. Den Airfryer Bananenkuchen lieber etwas länger bei moderater Temperatur (z. B. 160–170 °C) backen. So bleibt der Kuchen saftig und wird oben nicht zu dunkel.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein zimtig schmeckender und erfrischender Hefestrudel, der unvergleichlich saftig in der Konsistenz ist. Der Hefeteig wird mit Sojajoghurt und Sojadrink bestrichen, so dass hier eine etwas säuerliche Note entsteht. Haferflockenmehl und Zimt vollenden diese ganze Komposition. Ich liebe beide Arten, da man sie auch gut in die Hand nehmen und jederzeit genießen kann.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Das Weihnachtsgebäck kann natürlich auch mit verschiedenen Glasuren überzogen werden. Als Variante für Dinkelvollkornmehl könnt ihr auch Dinkelmehl Type 1050 nehmen. Oder gebt statt Dinkelflocken einmal Haferflocken hinzu. So ein Gebäck lässt sich vielseitig variieren.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ich verwende für die Kakaoglasur gerne ganze getrocknete und entkernte Datteln, da diese einen besseren Glanz ergeben als Dattelmehl. Das Dattelmehl wird aus getrockneten Datteln hergestellt, die fein zu Mehl gerieben wurden.</p>

Ganz egal ob pur genossen als Snack zwischendurch, oder auch zu einem herzhaften Gericht, wie zum Beispiel eine leckere Kürbissuppe. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Auch ohne Pflaumen schmeckt ein süßes Kastanienbrot ganz hervorragend. Anstelle von den Pflaumen kann man zum Beispiel auch Rosinen nehmen oder ganz anderes getrocknetes Obst. Den Teig kann man auch zu kleineren Kastanienbrötchen formen, so hat man immer etwas für die Arbeit dabei.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Backt das Brot mit Oliven oder getrockneten Tomaten im Teig. Formt auch einmal kleinere Brote aus dem Teig. So kann man diese wunderbar immer mitnehmen.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Was macht ein gutes Ciabatta aus? Es sollte außen kross und innen weich und fluffig sein. Das Brot wird mit viel Wasser zubereitet, dadurch bekommt es seine typischen Eigenschaften. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichem Weizenmehl ist das Dinkelvollkornmehl generell kerniger. Es wird durch die Mischung mit Dinkelmehl Type 1050 jedoch aufgelockerter.</p>
