<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Brötchen könnt ihr ganz nach Lust und Laune mit einem Aufstrich und mit viel frischem Salat, ich hab z. B. hier einen Eisbergsalat genommen, belegen. Rote Zwiebeln geben dem Ganzen eine besondere Würze. Und wer noch mag, legt saftige Tomaten oben drauf.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Pizzabrötchen natur können entweder sofort mit den Zutaten fürs überbacken belegt werden, oder man friert sie ein, bis man sie irgendwann einmal benötigt. Außerdem schmeckt es auch super, wenn man verschiedene italienische Kräuter mit in den Teig mischt. Man kann sie aber auch einfach mit einer Avocado genießen und wie in der Einleitung schon angesprochen, einen meiner genialen Aufstriche verwenden.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ich liebe die Bao Buns. Sie sind so schön weich, das ist nochmal ein anderes Erlebnis zu normalen Brötchen. Die schmecken zu allem grandios. Einfach nur mit einem <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/wuerziger-brotaufstrich-einfach-genial/">leckeren Aufstrich</a> oder auch mit Tofu oder Tempeh und meiner tollen <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/einfache-sojajoghurt-sosse-schmeckt-immer/">Sojajoghurt Soße</a>. Zum Abrunden könnt ihr noch frisches Gemüse wie Salat, Paprika, Gurken, rote Zwiebeln, Tomaten, Rucola, Feldsalat und vieles mehr verwenden.</p>

Den Teig in 8 – 10 Teile teilen. Mit einem Nudelholz sanft in 5 mm dicke, längliche Teiglinge ausrollen. In der Mitte mit Wasser bestreichen und eine Hälfte bis dahin zuklappen. Auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche nochmal für ca. 20 Minuten abgedeckt ruhen lassen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-7791-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">In der Zwischenzeit einen Topf mit Dampfeinsatz mit Wasser füllen und aufkochen lassen. Ein Backpapier in der Größe des Topfes rund ausschneiden, an mehreren Stellen Löcher schneiden und auf den Locheinsatz legen. Wenn das Wasser kocht den Dampfaufsatz darauf geben. Die einzelnen Buns mit etwas Abstand daraufsetzen. Mit dem Deckel verschließen und 15 Minuten dämpfen lassen. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bao Buns können auch rund ausgerollt und vor dem Dämpfen gefüllt werden. Dabei muss der obere Rand verschlossen sein.</p>

Die Banane und der Sojaquark machen die Pancakes unwahrscheinlich locker und fluffig. Als Mehl wurde diesmal ein Ruchmehl oder auch Dinkelmehl Typ 1050 genommen. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pancakes lassen sich gut einfrieren. Bei Bedarf eine jeweilige Portion kurz in dem Backofen auftauen und erwärmen. Die Heidelbeersoße kann ebenfalls portionsweise eingefroren werden.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn es schneller gehen soll, einfach nur eine Seite backen und dann im Backofen für ca. 5 &#8211; 10 Minuten fertig backen.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Apfelschnecken</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein überaus fruchtig und zimtig schmeckende Kreation auf einfach Art und Weise gebacken. Die Apfelstücke habe ich diesmal nicht auf dem kompletten Teig verteilt, sondern erst einmal Schnecken geformt und dann die Apfelstücke darin verteilt. Einmal eine ganz andere Gestaltungsform der üblichen Apfelschnecken. Immer etwas Neues ausprobieren, das ist mein Motto.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Als Alternative kannst du natürlich diese Leckerei auch ganz klassisch herstellen, indem du einfach den Hefeteig zu einem Rechteck ausrollst, dann mit der Füllung bestreichst und aufrollst. Danach Stücke abschneiden und wie oben beschrieben backen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein Hefegebäck, das mit besonders viel Heidelbeermarmelade gefüllt ist. Einfach einmal Reinbeißen und den Schmelz der Heidelbeeren genießen. Die Füllung von Buchteln kann je nach persönlichem Geschmack variieren. Häufig werden sie mit Marmelade gefüllt, aber auch andere Füllungen wie Mohn oder eine Sojaquarkfüllung sind möglich.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer lieber ein dünneres Fladenbrot mag, rollt die einzelnen Fladen einfach aus. Dabei wird jedoch mehr Mehl benötigt, da der Teig sehr weich ist. Alternativ zu Pflanzendrink kann auch Sprudelwasser genommen werden. Wenn das Naan-Brot ohne Backpapier gebacken wird, dann jede Seite gut Mehlen, damit nichts anklebt.</p>
