<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Als zusätzliche Verfeinerung für die fruchtige Variante noch ein paar Rosinen in der Soße mitkochen lassen. Entweder man isst die Soße mit der fruchtigen Zutat oder man sieb die Soße durch.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Currypulver besteht immer aus einer Mischung von verschiedenen Zutaten. Je nach Hersteller kann das Pulver geschmacklich variieren, so dass die Currysoße immer anders schmeckt.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Brokkolisoße passt auch hervorragend zu Dinkelvollkornnudeln. So hat man immer eine tägliche Portion an grünem Gemüse in Form einer Soße. Man kann sie auch super einfrieren, sodass man sie jederzeit schnell zur Verfügung steht. Da muss man sie dann einfach nur noch erhitzen. So kann man dann ganz entspannt nach der Arbeit eine schnelle Mahlzeit auf den Tisch zaubern.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein Flammkuchen ist ein dünn ausgerollter Teig. Die Grundlage ist eine herzhafte Soße, für die ich einfach ein Sojajoghurt verwendet habe. Der würzige Belag darauf macht dies zu einem unvergleichlichen Geschmack. Als Topping kommen dann noch meine super leckeren <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/braune-zwiebeln-ohne-oel-aromatisch/">braunen Zwiebeln</a> darauf.</p>

Die Grundzutaten sind Kartoffeln und Mehl. Durch Dinkelgrieß und Kartoffelmehl werden die Teiglinge besonders weich. Nach dem Formen werden sie in leicht kochendem Wasser gegart, bis sie an die Oberfläche steigen, was darauf hindeutet, dass sie fertig sind. Dies dauert nur wenige Minuten. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Gnocchi sind eine Art von italienischer Teigware, die traditionell aus Kartoffeln hergestellt wird. Sie sind kleine, ovale oder runde Klöße, die ähnlich wie Nudeln zubereitet und serviert werden können. Diese kleinen veganen Kartoffelklöße bestechen durch ihre einzigartige Form. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Rote Bete sind überaus gesund. Der etwas erdig schmeckende Geschmack geben den besonderen Kick. Es muss nicht immer nur Salat aus diesem herrlichen Gemüse gemacht werden. Auch warm mit einer abwechslungsreichen Beilage sind sie ein richtiger Gaumenschmaus. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die rote Knolle benötigen eine längere Garzeit. Deshalb dünn schneiden. Alternativ kann man auch die ganze Knolle vorher im Wasser für ca. 1 Stunde weichkochen, danach schälen und dem Rübengemüse hinzufügen. Man kann die ganze Knolle auch am Vortag bereits kochen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein Hefegebäck mit Äpfeln. Meine Apfelschnecken schmecken fruchtig zimtig. Sie sind vegan gebacken und ölfrei. Ohne viel Zutaten wird hier etwas lecker gesundes gebacken. Die Äpfel sollten deshalb nicht geschält werden. Denn unter der Haut stecken die meisten Vitamine.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Apfelschnecken</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein überaus fruchtig und zimtig schmeckende Kreation auf einfach Art und Weise gebacken. Die Apfelstücke habe ich diesmal nicht auf dem kompletten Teig verteilt, sondern erst einmal Schnecken geformt und dann die Apfelstücke darin verteilt. Einmal eine ganz andere Gestaltungsform der üblichen Apfelschnecken. Immer etwas Neues ausprobieren, das ist mein Motto.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Als Alternative kannst du natürlich diese Leckerei auch ganz klassisch herstellen, indem du einfach den Hefeteig zu einem Rechteck ausrollst, dann mit der Füllung bestreichst und aufrollst. Danach Stücke abschneiden und wie oben beschrieben backen.</p>

Ideal wenn der kleine Hunger kommt und man unterwegs ist. Sie lassen sich gut einfrieren, so dass man immer etwas zur Hand hat. Wer lieber Äpfel mag, kann diese natürlich auch verwenden. Oder auch anderes Obst passt sehr gut in diesen Backpulverteig.</p>
