Wenn ihr keine Eismaschine habt, könnt ihr die Mischung auch in eine flache Schüssel geben und alle 30-60 Minuten kräftig umrühren, während sie im Gefrierschrank einfriert. Dies hilft dabei, größere Eiskristalle zu verhindern und eine cremige Konsistenz zu erreichen.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Veganes Joghurteis mit Mango</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Es ist einfach richtig erfrischend an heißen Tagen. Wem es zu kalt ist, kann es einige Zeit stehen lassen, bis die Eismasse weicher wird. Natürlich kann man auch mit anderem Obst ein Joghurteis zubereiten. Meine Kreation diesmal ist veganes Joghurteis mit Mango, da es in der heißen Jahreszeit besonders erfrischend und leicht schmeckt. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Heute gibt es einen etwas exotischen Geschmack zum Frühstück. Die leuchtend roten Kerne des Granatapfels verlocken einfach den Porridge damit zu krönen. Süß-säuerlicher Geschmack und erfrischend auf der Zunge. So ganz anders gestaltet sich hier mein Tagesanfang.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein Klassiker unter den Frühstücksvariationen ist der Haferbrei. Dazu gibt es frisches Obst der Saison oder auch einmal ein tiefgefrorenes Obst. Oben drauf kommen dann noch frisch gemahlene Leinsamenkörner. Dies versorgt dich mit wichtigen Nährstoffen den ganzen Tag über. Haferflocken tragen zur lang anhaltenden Sättigung bei. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Mein tägliches Frühstück ist ein Hirsebrei oder ein Haferbrei. Beides ist unglaublich gesund. Dazu noch verschiedenes Obst mit frisch gemahlenen Leinsamenkörner und das perfekte Frühstück ist fertig. Der Tag kann beginnen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Meine kleinen Gebäckstücke mit Sauerkirschen sind extrem saftig und gut. Die säuerliche Note der Kirschen verleiht dem Gebäck das gewisse Extra. Wem diese Variation jedoch zu säuerlich ist, kann natürlich auch Süßkirschen nehmen. Und je nach Geschmack können diese Taler auch mit anderem Obst belegt werden. Auf jeden Fall kann man sie gut für unterwegs mitnehmen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer es noch saftiger mag, kann unter den Sauerkirschen eine Quarkcreme mit Pudding geben. Dazu einfach Sojadrink mit Dattelmehl aufkochen, mit Stärke binden und dann etwas Sojaquark unterrühren. Wenn es abgekühlt ist, dann auf die Teiglinge verteilen. </p>

Als Topping wird ein Guss aus Zwetschgengelee genommen. Dieses macht es besonders saftig und lecker. Für den Teig wird Dinkelvollkornmehl verwendet. Das macht den Teig zwar fester, jedoch ist hier noch das volle Korn enthalten.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Der Teig ist sehr weich. Deshalb wird nochmal ca. 50 g Dinkelvollkornmehl zum Formen der einzelnen kleinen Teiglinge benötigt. Wer den Guss nicht so fest möchte, nimmt nur 1 Päckchen Agar Agar.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ich verwende Dinkelvollkornmehl, weil es das volle Korn enthält mit allen Mineralien. Zum Süßen eignet sich Dattelmehl hervorragend.</p>

Dadurch sind die Pancakes weicher aber doch mit vollwertigem Mehl gebacken.</span></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pancakes lassen sich gut einfrieren. Bei Bedarf eine jeweilige Portion kurz in dem Backofen auftauen und erwärmen. Die Heidelbeersoße kann ebenfalls portionsweise eingefroren werden.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn es schneller gehen soll, einfach nur eine Seite backen und dann im Backofen für ca. 5 &#8211; 10 Minuten fertig backen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Schaut sie nicht toll aus diese fruchtige Obstschale? Da läuft einen doch das Wasser im Munde zusammen. So ein tolles Obst, das auf der Zunge zergeht.
