<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Zum selber machen werden die Früchte einfach weich gekocht und anschließend zu einer cremigen Masse püriert. So entsteht in wenigen Minuten ein gesunder Süßmacher, der sich im Kühlschrank mehrere Tage hält. Besser als gekauftes Dattelpüree.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dattelpaste selber machen ist ganz einfach und eine perfekte Alternative zu raffiniertem Zucker. Mit nur wenigen Zutaten entsteht ein natürlicher Süßmacher für Kuchen, Desserts oder Smoothies. Die Paste kann man sowohl mit Deglet Nour Datteln oder auch mit Medjool Datteln herstellen. Die Medjool Datteln sind in der Konsistenz etwas weicher als Deglet Nour Datteln. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tipp</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Medjool Datteln sind weicher und brauchen nicht unbedingt gekocht zu werden. Einfach einweichen und pürieren. Wenn die Datteln sehr trocken sind, sollten sie mindestens 10–20 Minuten in warmem Wasser eingeweicht werden. Dadurch lassen sie sich leichter pürieren und die Paste wird besonders cremig. Darauf achten, dass beim Pürieren nicht so viel Wasser dabei ist.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Datteln enthalten neben natürlicher Fruchtsüße auch Ballaststoffe, Mineralstoffe und Antioxidantien. Im Gegensatz zu raffiniertem Zucker liefern sie also noch zusätzliche Nährstoffe und sorgen für eine angenehm karamellige Süße in Backrezepten.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Den Streuselkuchen nach der Hälfte der Backzeit mit einem Backpapier abdecken. Das erhöht die Feuchtigkeit und die Streusel bleiben mürbe. Den Kuchen leicht abgedeckt auskühlen lassen. Als Abwechslung schmecken auch Äpfel oder Kirschen auf dem Kuchen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Es gibt verschiedene Alternativen für vegane Streusel ohne Butter. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Warum funktionieren diese fettarmen Streusel? Apfelmus gibt Feuchtigkeit und Bindung, der Dampf vom Pudding  hält sie weich, niedrige Temperatur verhindert die Austrocknung, große Streusel, statt feiner Krümel.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Speisestärke wird aus Maismehl gewonnen. Kartoffelstärke aus Kartoffeln. Für einen Pudding nehme ich Speisestärke, weil diese besser in der Verarbeitung und Konsistenz ist.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sollten sich beim Kochen des Puddings kleine Klümpchen bilden, dann einfach den fertigen Pudding durch ein Sieb streichen und anschließend auf den Kuchen verteilen. So gelingt ein perfekt aussehender Himbeerkuchen vom Blech. Ebenso kann man Form und Größe der Stücke beliebig anpassen, damit sie für den jeweiligen Anlass immer genau richtig sind.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Es ist einfach richtig erfrischend an heißen Tagen. Wem es zu kalt ist, kann es einige Zeit stehen lassen, bis die Eismasse weicher wird. Natürlich kann man auch mit anderem Obst ein Joghurteis zubereiten. Meine Kreation diesmal ist veganes Joghurteis mit Mango, da es in der heißen Jahreszeit besonders erfrischend und leicht schmeckt. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Bao Buns</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ich liebe die Bao Buns. Sie sind so schön weich, das ist nochmal ein anderes Erlebnis zu normalen Brötchen. Die schmecken zu allem grandios. Einfach nur mit einem <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/wuerziger-brotaufstrich-einfach-genial/">leckeren Aufstrich</a> oder auch mit Tofu oder Tempeh und meiner tollen <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/einfache-sojajoghurt-sosse-schmeckt-immer/">Sojajoghurt Soße</a>. Zum Abrunden könnt ihr noch frisches Gemüse wie Salat, Paprika, Gurken, rote Zwiebeln, Tomaten, Rucola, Feldsalat und vieles mehr verwenden.</p>

Den Teig in 8 – 10 Teile teilen. Mit einem Nudelholz sanft in 5 mm dicke, längliche Teiglinge ausrollen. In der Mitte mit Wasser bestreichen und eine Hälfte bis dahin zuklappen. Auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche nochmal für ca. 20 Minuten abgedeckt ruhen lassen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-7791-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">In der Zwischenzeit einen Topf mit Dampfeinsatz mit Wasser füllen und aufkochen lassen. Ein Backpapier in der Größe des Topfes rund ausschneiden, an mehreren Stellen Löcher schneiden und auf den Locheinsatz legen. Wenn das Wasser kocht den Dampfaufsatz darauf geben. Die einzelnen Buns mit etwas Abstand daraufsetzen. Mit dem Deckel verschließen und 15 Minuten dämpfen lassen.
