<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Meine Falafeln werden aus Kichererbsenmehl gemacht. Wenn du getrocknete Kichererbsen verwendest, spüle sie ab und lasse sie über Nacht in ausreichend Wasser einweichen. Am nächsten Tag abtropfen lassen. Wenn du Kichererbsen aus der Dose verwendest, spüle sie gründlich ab und lasse sie abtropfen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Süßkartoffeln sind nicht nur lecker, sondern auch äußerst nährstoffreich. Sie sind eine gesunde Ergänzung zu einer ausgewogenen Ernährung. Und davon einfach Pommes zu machen, sind der absolute Hit.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Süßkartoffeln nach dem Schälen und schneiden für 10 bis 30 Minuten in kaltes Wasser legen. Dadurch werden sie knuspriger. Wer mag kann dem Kartoffelmehl noch 1 TL Backpulver untermischen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer Heißluft im Backofen hat, der kann die Pommes mit Heißluft backen.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Apfelschnecken</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein überaus fruchtig und zimtig schmeckende Kreation auf einfach Art und Weise gebacken. Die Apfelstücke habe ich diesmal nicht auf dem kompletten Teig verteilt, sondern erst einmal Schnecken geformt und dann die Apfelstücke darin verteilt. Einmal eine ganz andere Gestaltungsform der üblichen Apfelschnecken. Immer etwas Neues ausprobieren, das ist mein Motto.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Als Alternative kannst du natürlich diese Leckerei auch ganz klassisch herstellen, indem du einfach den Hefeteig zu einem Rechteck ausrollst, dann mit der Füllung bestreichst und aufrollst. Danach Stücke abschneiden und wie oben beschrieben backen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer lieber Kugeln mag dann die Masse rundformen. Frische Petersilie zu der Kichererbsenmasse hinzufügen. Das ergibt einen besonders aromatischen Geschmack. Als Fingerfood mit einem Quarkschnittlauchdip kalt oder warm genießen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Es gibt viele Variationen von Pommes, von dünnen bis hin zu dickeren geschnittenen Kartoffeln. Auch die Art der Würzung kann variieren, von klassisch natur oder mit Gewürzmischungen oder speziellen Soßen. Meine Kartoffelvariationen werden ölfrei im Backofen gebacken.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Rohrnudeln</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Rohrnudeln werden im Backofen gebacken. Sie sind auf vegane Art hergestellt und mit Rosinen verfeinert. Dadurch werden sie besonders locker und leicht. Entweder man isst sie einfach so oder taucht sie ein in eine herrlich schmeckende Vanillesoße.</p>

Von dem Teig kleine Bällchen abstechen und rundformen. Eine backofenfeste Form mit Backpapier belegen. 1 EL Dattelsüße mit 1 TL Zimt mischen. In einer extra Schüssel etwas Mandeldrink geben. Die einzelnen Bällchen zuerst in den Mandeldrink tauchen, dann in dem Gemisch aus Dattelsüße und Zimt wälzen und auf das Backpapier legen. Nach und nach alles Bällchen so bearbeiten. Mit einem zusätzlichen Deckel die Bällchen abdecken. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tipps</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Durch die Hirsebutter werden sie besonders fluffig und weich. Sie lassen sich gut in einzelne Stück einfrieren und sind gleich wieder frisch, wenn sie im Backofen kurz aufgebacken werden.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dazu passt eine selbstgemachte Vanillesoße.</p>
