<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer lieber die Rüben im Ganzen und ungeschält kocht, sollte beachten, dass sich dann die Kochzeit auf ungefähr 1 Stunde erhöht. Je nach Größe. Der Vorteil liegt darin, dass sich die Vitamine besser in der Rübe halten und man keine roten Hände bekommt vom Schneiden. Der Vorteil beim Schälen ist die kürzere Kochzeit und man kann den gesunden Rübensaft einfach im Nachhinein trinken.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Je nach Gegend sagt man zu rote Bete auch anders. Man einer kennt den Begriff auch unter rote Rüben oder in der Schweiz sagt man zum Beispiel Rande dazu. Und in Österreich oder auch in Teilen von Bayern ist der Begriff Rahne sehr verbreitet.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Am besten schmeckt Spargel wenn er frisch zubereitet wird. Die Königin unter den Spargelsorten ist natürlich der weiße Spargel. Er schmeckt zart und mild. Der grüne Spargel erinnert mehr an einem grünen Gemüse und hat einen etwas erdigeren Geschmack.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Das Hefegebäck kann als Beilage zu verschiedenen Gerichten serviert werden oder man genießt sie einfach pur am Abend in geselliger Runde. Ihr könnt sie noch zusätzlich mit kleinen Tomaten und Basilikumblätter belegen. Diese passen ganz hervorragend zu meiner Blumenkohlcreme mit Bohnen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ihr könnt es auch einwandfrei einfrieren und bei Bedarf wieder auftauen. Außerdem kann man sie auch nach dem Auftauen mit Tomaten belegen und frische Basilikumblätter als zusätzliches Topping verwenden. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Focaccia ähnelt einem Fladenbrot. Man kann sie unterschiedlich belegen und backen. Sie schmeckt sowohl pur als auch belegt mit verschiedenem Gemüse. Die Zubereitung ist sehr einfach. Einen Hefeteig kneten, gehen lassen, ausrollen und belegen. So einfach kann eine schmackhafte Mahlzeit sein. Die Bohnen in der Blumenkohlcreme verleihen noch einen extra sättigenden Beitrag zu diesem Gericht.</p>

Nehmt einen Löffel und legt immer ein paar der Baked Beans auf Brot und esst sie dann genau so. Ich freue mich jedes Mal, wenn man sie schon vom Ofen aus riechen kann.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Baked Beans mit Toast</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Meistens esse ich diese Baked Beans als Abendsessen, aber so wie so ziemlich alle meine Rezepte, eignen sie sich auch super als Frühstück oder Mittagessen. Man kann neben dem Rucola auch super Feldsalat frisch gewaschen drauf legen. Ebenso eignen sich diverse getrocknete Kräuter wie Oregano, Basilikum, Petersilie oder Ähnliches.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tipp</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Frische weiße Bohnen schmecken am besten dazu. Diese einen Tag vorher in Wasser einweichen und am anderen Tag im Schnellkochtopf mit etwas Wasser ca. 12 Minuten kochen. Dann sind sie schön weich und können weiter verarbeitet werden. Falls es schnell gehen soll, dann weiße Bohnen  aus der Dose. Jedoch sind diese etwas zu weich. Gegebenenfalls die Backzeit anpassen und weniger Flüssigkeit verwenden.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ich nehme getrocknete weiße Bohnen und koche sie selber, da dann die Konsistenz der Bohnen besser ist für Baked Beans und Toast. Die getrockneten Bohnen einen Tag vorher in kaltes Wasser legen. Am anderen Tag, am besten im Schnellkochtopf, 10 Minuten kochen.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tipps</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Falten: Den Teig mit Mehl bestäuben. Mit einer Teigkarte erst von oben zur Hälfte einschlagen, dann von unten zur Hälfte, dann von rechts und von links auch jeweils zur Hälfte. Mit den Händen den Teig anschließend rundformen. Das ganze nochmal wiederholen, bis sich der Teig straffer anfühlt.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer keinen Pizzastein verwenden möchte, kann die Pizza auch auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegtem Blech backen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn es schnell gehen soll mit dem Pizzateig, kann man diesen auch am gleichen Tag herstellen. Dann muss jedoch die doppelte Menge an Trockenhefe genommen werden. Der Teig sollte vor der Verarbeitung 2 x gehen. </p>
