<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn ihr sehr süße Äpfel verwendet, brauch ihr meist weniger zusätzliche Süße – Sorten wie Elstar oder Jonagold eignen sich besonders gut für Apfelkuchen. Ein besonders mürber Apfel ist aber auch die Sorte Boskop. Gerade wegen dieser Eigenschaften ist Boskop einer der klassischen Backäpfel. In Kuchen, Apfelstrudel oder Apfelmus zerfällt er leicht und entwickelt ein intensives Aroma.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Medjool Datteln sind weicher und brauchen nicht unbedingt gekocht zu werden. Einfach einweichen und pürieren. Wenn die Datteln sehr trocken sind, sollten sie mindestens 10–20 Minuten in warmem Wasser eingeweicht werden. Dadurch lassen sie sich leichter pürieren und die Paste wird besonders cremig. Darauf achten, dass beim Pürieren nicht so viel Wasser dabei ist.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die perfekten Airfryer Pommes gelingen am besten mit mehligen Kartoffeln. Für eine gewissen Feuchtigkeit beim Backen im Airfryer sorgt das Einlegen in Wasser und die Zugabe von Sojasoße.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Pommes können gut variiert werden zum Beispiel mit italienischen Kräutern oder auch Kräuter der Provence. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer lieber längliche Pommesstäbchen mag, schneidet diese entsprechend in der länglichen Form oder auch in Achtelscheiben. Diese schmecken auch mit Schale.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Der Airfryer ist immer etwas heißer als bei gleicher Temperatur der normale Backofen. Es darf nicht vorgeheizt werden, weil der Airfryer nie ohne Inhalt laufen soll. Dadurch spart man aber auch Zeit und Strom.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Backen im Airfryer entzieht der Kartoffel Wasser, deshalb sollte man eine größere Menge nehmen.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Lasagne</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Unwiderstehlich lecker im Geschmack. Ohne jegliche unnötigen Zutaten in Soße und Füllung. Einfach Dinkelnudeln in eine Auflaufform schichten, Gemüse dazu und mit verschiedenen Soßen abdecken und rein in den Ofen. Diese Mahlzeit kann man wunderbar vorbereiten und am Abend frisch genießen. Sie schmeckt auch am anderen Tag noch lecker. Dann einfach kurz im Backofen wieder erwärmen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Nehmt doch einfach einmal einen Kürbis und macht davon eine Kürbissoße anstelle der Tomatensoße. Damit auch Abwechslung in den Geschmack kommt, kann man frische Champignon zubereiten und das Nudelgericht damit füllen. Auch sehr lecker schmeckt die Komposition mit Spinat.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn es ganz schnell gehen soll, dann einfach fertige Tomatensoße nehmen oder 1 Dose gehackte Tomaten in Tomatensoße. Diese nach Geschmack würzen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Was macht ein gutes Ciabatta aus? Es sollte außen kross und innen weich und fluffig sein. Das Brot wird mit viel Wasser zubereitet, dadurch bekommt es seine typischen Eigenschaften. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichem Weizenmehl ist das Dinkelvollkornmehl generell kerniger. Es wird durch die Mischung mit Dinkelmehl Type 1050 jedoch aufgelockerter.</p>

Hierzu zuerst von oben nach unten zur Hälfte einschlagen, dann die andere Hälfte von unten nach oben. Danach das Ganze von rechts zur Mitte und von links zur Mitte falten. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Den Teig vom Zwiebelbrot kann man genauso in 3 &#8211; 4 Teile teilen und dann zu Zwiebelstangen verarbeiten und backen. Wer es noch herzhafter mag gibt einfach noch vor dem Backen oben gebräunte Zwiebeln darauf oder verziert dieses mit etwas Schwarzkümmel.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sollte keine Riegelform vorhanden sein, kann man die Bananenriegel ganz einfach in einer rechteckigen Form backen und im Anschluss in Riegel schneiden. Der Vorteil wäre hierbei, dass man das Topping ganz schnell komplett oben drauf verteilen kann.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bananen sind ein sehr gesundes und mineralstoffhaltiges Lebensmittel. Sie enthalten Magnesium und Kalium sowie weitere Mineralien. Sie schmecken süß und sind deshalb auch zum Backen von Kuchen sehr geeignet.</p>
