<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Gemüseschnecken können natürlich auch mit anderem Gemüse gefüllt werden. Hervorragend passt dazu auch eine Spinatfüllung oder Karottenfüllung. Ganz hervorragend schmeckt eine gut gewürzte weißen Bohnen mit Blumenkohlpaste, die mit Kräutern verfeinert wird.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pizzateig ist einfach vielseitig zu verwenden. Es muss nicht immer die herkömmliche Pizza sein. Auch Pizzastangen oder gefüllte Pizza sind ein beliebter Snack für zwischendurch. Durch das Dinkelmehl Type 1050 werden diese Snacks besonders fein, aber auch vollwertig, da in diesem Mehl noch mehr Ballaststoffe des ganzen Korns enthalten sind. Natürlich kann man dieses Gebäckstücke auch mit normalem Dinkelmehl Type 630 backen. Dann werden sie noch feiner.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Nehmt doch einfach einmal einen Kürbis und macht davon eine Kürbissoße anstelle der Tomatensoße. Damit auch Abwechslung in den Geschmack kommt, kann man frische Champignon zubereiten und das Nudelgericht damit füllen. Auch sehr lecker schmeckt die Komposition mit Spinat.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn es ganz schnell gehen soll, dann einfach fertige Tomatensoße nehmen oder 1 Dose gehackte Tomaten in Tomatensoße. Diese nach Geschmack würzen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer lieber die Rüben im Ganzen und ungeschält kocht, sollte beachten, dass sich dann die Kochzeit auf ungefähr 1 Stunde erhöht. Je nach Größe. Der Vorteil liegt darin, dass sich die Vitamine besser in der Rübe halten und man keine roten Hände bekommt vom Schneiden. Der Vorteil beim Schälen ist die kürzere Kochzeit und man kann den gesunden Rübensaft einfach im Nachhinein trinken.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Je nach Gegend sagt man zu rote Bete auch anders. Man einer kennt den Begriff auch unter rote Rüben oder in der Schweiz sagt man zum Beispiel Rande dazu. Und in Österreich oder auch in Teilen von Bayern ist der Begriff Rahne sehr verbreitet.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Chili sin Carne kann man ganz nach Belieben mit verschiedenen Zutaten zubereiten, zum Beispiel mit gekochten gelben oder roten Linsen, aber auch das Gemüse kann variieren nach Geschmack. Als Beilage schmecken auch Kartoffeln ganz hervorragend.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Woher kommt eigentlich das Gericht Chili con Carne? Der Ursprung ist hier nicht eindeutig geklärt. Vermutlich aber im südlichen Nordamerika. Für die vegane Art wurde dieses dann mit Linsen ersetzt. Oder man lässt die Linsen einfach weg wie hier in diesem Rezept und kreiert es nur mit Kidneybohnen.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Spargelmix</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Am besten schmeckt Spargel wenn er frisch zubereitet wird. Die Königin unter den Spargelsorten ist natürlich der weiße Spargel. Er schmeckt zart und mild. Der grüne Spargel erinnert mehr an einem grünen Gemüse und hat einen etwas erdigeren Geschmack.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein ganz besonderer Genuss ist diese Pizza. Der untere Belag besteht auch einer Kichererbsenpaste, die mit weißem Spargel und roten Zwiebeln bedeckt ist. Dazu eine fantastische Brokkolisoße. Natürlich kann man hier variieren. Auch ein grüner Spargel schmeckt sehr lecker darauf.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn ihr ein Dinkelvollkornbrot backen möchtet, dann macht am besten gleich mehr Teig und nehmt von diesem die Menge für die Sauerteigpizza mit Rotkohl weg. Ihr könnt natürlich auch klein geschnittene rote Zwiebeln als Belag nehmen. Natürlich könnt ihr auch einen normalen Pizzateig mit Hefe verwenden. Jedoch hat der Sauerteig das gewisse Etwas als Geschmack. Er benötigt jedoch eine längere Reifezeit.</p>

In einem Topf mit Wasser kochen. Danach die Steinpilze in einem Sieb abgießen und das Einweichwasser wegschütten. Die Steinpilze klein schneiden. Einen Edelstahltopf heiß werden lassen. Dann die Zwiebeln auf dem Topfboden verteilen und für 1 – 2 Minuten liegen lassen. Mit einem Kochlöffel umrühren und mit 100 ml Wasser auffüllen. Die Zwiebeln sollten leicht mit Wasser bedeckt sein. So lange köcheln lassen, bis das Wasser verdampft ist. Danach nochmal alles durchrühren und wieder mit Wasser auffüllen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11333-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Die fertigen und gebräunten Zwiebeln zu den Steinpilzen hinzugeben. Alles durchkochen und mit Mehl binden. Dazu das Mehl vorher mit 2 &#8211; 3 EL kaltem Wasser in einer extra Tasse anrühren und im Anschluss in die heiße Flüssigkeit geben. Diese aufkochen lassen und gut durchrühren. Backofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen. Auf ein Blech mit Backpapier die geschnittenen Klöße legen. Mit Zwiebelpulver bestreuen und ca. 15 Minuten im Backofen backen.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Klöße können nach der Hälfte der Backzeit einmal umgedreht werden. Als Beilage schmeckt auch Romanesco oder ein Salatteller. Wer keine Steinpilze mag kann auch eine Champignonsoße machen. Die Klöße kann man mit Paprikapulver, Zwiebelpulver und Hefeflocken bestreuen. </p>
