<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Den Bisquitboden einfrieren und bei Bedarf auftauen. Er kann mit frischem Obst belegt werden. Darauf einen Tortenguss geben und so hat man schnell einen herrlich schmeckenden Obstkuchen. Der Guss kann ganz leicht mit Agar Agar zubereitet werden.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Damit es schneller geht, könnt ihr natürlich auch fertiges Apfelmus kaufen. Dann davon ca. 120 g nehmen. Ihr könnt die Hörnchen auch mit einer selbstgemachten Schokocreme füllen und dann aufrollen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Kakaonibs sind kleine Stückchen von Kakaobohnen. Kakaonibs haben einen kräftigen, leicht bitteren Geschmack und eine knackige Textur.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Quarktaschen kann man offen oder auch ganz geschlossen backen. Bei der offenen Variante sieht man gleich was darinnen steckt. Es handelt sich um kleine Gebäckstücke, die mit fruchtigem Quark oder auch mit Obst in der Mitte belegt sind.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dieses Weihnachtsgebäck schmeckt nicht nur zu Weihnachten. Ich kann sie das ganze Jahr hindurch essen. Sie schmecken einfach himmlisch gut und man fühlt sich wie auf Wolke 7 beim Genießen dieser Köstlichkeit.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Probiert den Kuchen auch mit anderen Früchten. Erdbeeren oder auch Pflaumen schmecken ganz vorzüglich darauf. Bei einem Pflaumenbelag würde ich in den Teig einen Teelöffel Zimt geben. Das unterstreicht den Geschmack mit dem Kakao.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wusstest ihr schon, dass man eine Vanilleschote öfters verwenden kann? Einfach nach dem Kochen herausnehmen, säubern und gut trocknen lassen. Für einen besseren Geschmack die Vanilleschote der Länge nach halb aufschneiden, das Vanillemark herauskratzen und in die Flüssigkeit zum Kochen geben.</p>
