<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Kennt ihr eigentlich meine Sauerteigpizza schon? Sie ist etwas außergewöhnlich belegt mit einem außergewöhnlichen Geschmack. Ich habe meine Sauerteigpizza verschieden belegt. Probiert sie doch einfach einmal mit einem Champignon und Zwiebelbelag oder mit einer Lauchsoße aus. Da vereint sich Gemüse mit einem herzhaften Brotgeschmack. Denn eine Sauerteigpizza ist letztendlich aus dem Teig eines Sauerteigbrotes gemacht. Nur das Verfahren zum besseren Gehen des Teiges ist langwieriger. Aber es lohnt sich.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Sauerteigpizza verschieden belegt</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Eine Sauerteigpizza neu kreiert. Ich bin immer dabei, neue Ideen auszuprobieren. Diesmal hab ich mich an eine andere Form einer Pizza herangewagt. Mit herzhaftem Belag schmeckt sie ganz anders, als man es von einer herkömmlichen Pizza gewohnt ist.</p>

Danach noch etwas anbraten lassen ohne umzurühren. Zu der Zwiebelmasse geben und alles köcheln lassen, bis die Champignons durch sind. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Anschließend 2 TL Mehl in einer Tasse mit etwas kaltem Wasser anrühren, in die heiße Masse geben und diese kurz aufkochen lassen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11560-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Mit dem Lauch ebenso verfahren. Danach ebenfalls eine sämige Soße herstellen, indem man wieder etwas Mehl in einer Tasse mit kaltem Wasser anrührt und dieses dann in die heiße Masse gibt. Kurz aufkochen lassen. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tipps</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Natürlich kann eine Sauerteigpizza verschieden belegt werden, wie z. B. mit Broccoli, frische Kräuter und Basilikumblätter. Ganz klassisch auch mit Tomatensoße und italienische Kräuter. Als Belag rote Paprikaschoten und Rucola.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Das Gute an einer Sauerteigpizza ist, dass man sie gut vorbereiten kann. Man sollte sich einfach die Zeit dafür nehmen. Der Pizzateig kann lange reifen, auch am anderen Tag. Wenn dann der Hunger kommt, ist sie schnell belegt.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn meine Sauerteigpizza verschieden belegt wird, dann habe ich immer Abwechslung und andere Geschmackserlebnisse. Eine Sauerteigpizza ist sehr bekömmlich. Natürlich benötigt sie viel mehr Zeit bei der Vorbereitung. Die Reifezeit ist länger als bei Hefe. Aber dafür wird man mit einer anderen Geschmacksidee belohnt.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Hirse Bratlinge wurden mit Tofu verfeinert, was der Konsistenz eine besonders weiche und lockere Art verleiht. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Zwiebelpulver und Knoblauchpulver geben einen würzigen Geschmack. Frische Petersilie schmeckt auch sehr lecker in den Hirse Tofu Bratlinge. Wer eine schärfere Variante möchte, fügt noch etwas Chilipulver und 1 EL Senf hinzu. Oder gebt 1 TL Gemüsebrühpulver zum Kochen der Hirse hinzu.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ihr könnt auch noch anderes Gemüse in eure Hirse Tofu Bratlinge geben, wie zum Beispiel Erbsen oder Mais.</p>

Danach den Senf einrühren und die ab gesiebten Kapern hinzufügen. Das Mehl mit etwas kaltem Wasser in einer Tasse verrühren, zur Soße geben und kurz aufkochen lassen. Mit Salz abschmecken. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Linsenbällchen immer extra in Wasser ziehen lassen, sonst zerfallen sie in der Kapernsoße.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer mag kann noch einen Spitzer Zitronensaft in die Kapernsoße geben.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Zu den Bällchen passt auch Kartoffelpüree oder einfach Salzkartoffeln.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Bällchen können auch ohne Kapernsoße zu anderem Gemüse oder anderer Soße gegessen werden.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein Flammkuchen ist ein dünn ausgerollter Teig. Die Grundlage ist eine herzhafte Soße, für die ich einfach ein Sojajoghurt verwendet habe. Der würzige Belag darauf macht dies zu einem unvergleichlichen Geschmack. Als Topping kommen dann noch meine super leckeren <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/braune-zwiebeln-ohne-oel-aromatisch/">braunen Zwiebeln</a> darauf.</p>
