<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die perfekten Airfryer Pommes gelingen am besten mit mehligen Kartoffeln. Für eine gewissen Feuchtigkeit beim Backen im Airfryer sorgt das Einlegen in Wasser und die Zugabe von Sojasoße.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Pommes können gut variiert werden zum Beispiel mit italienischen Kräutern oder auch Kräuter der Provence. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer lieber längliche Pommesstäbchen mag, schneidet diese entsprechend in der länglichen Form oder auch in Achtelscheiben. Diese schmecken auch mit Schale.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Der Airfryer ist immer etwas heißer als bei gleicher Temperatur der normale Backofen. Es darf nicht vorgeheizt werden, weil der Airfryer nie ohne Inhalt laufen soll. Dadurch spart man aber auch Zeit und Strom.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Backen im Airfryer entzieht der Kartoffel Wasser, deshalb sollte man eine größere Menge nehmen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Unwiderstehlich lecker im Geschmack. Ohne jegliche unnötigen Zutaten in Soße und Füllung. Einfach Dinkelnudeln in eine Auflaufform schichten, Gemüse dazu und mit verschiedenen Soßen abdecken und rein in den Ofen. Diese Mahlzeit kann man wunderbar vorbereiten und am Abend frisch genießen. Sie schmeckt auch am anderen Tag noch lecker. Dann einfach kurz im Backofen wieder erwärmen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Nehmt doch einfach einmal einen Kürbis und macht davon eine Kürbissoße anstelle der Tomatensoße. Damit auch Abwechslung in den Geschmack kommt, kann man frische Champignon zubereiten und das Nudelgericht damit füllen. Auch sehr lecker schmeckt die Komposition mit Spinat.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn es ganz schnell gehen soll, dann einfach fertige Tomatensoße nehmen oder 1 Dose gehackte Tomaten in Tomatensoße. Diese nach Geschmack würzen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Das Blaukrautgewürz kann man z. B. in einen Teebeutel geben und mit kochen lassen. Oder man nimmt einen Glühweingewürzbeutel als Teeaufguss und lässt diesen ebenfalls mit kochen. Alternativ gibt es fertiges Blaukrautgewürz zum Kaufen. Man kann es auch selbst zusammenstellen und pulverisieren.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Blaukraut wird auch als Rotkohl bezeichnet. In einigen Regionen wird es auch Rotkraut genannt. Blaukraut ist ein gesundes Gemüse. Es enthält wichtige Vitamine wie Vitamin C, Vitamin K und verschiedene B-Vitamine. Zudem enthält es Mineralstoffe wie Kalium, Kalzium, Magnesium und Eisen. Jedoch sollte man beachten, dass zu langes Kochen einige der wertvollen Nährstoffe reduziert werden können.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Blaukraut oder auch Rotkohl kann auch roh gegessen werden. Am besten das Kraut ganz dünn hobeln oder schneiden. Dann schmeckt es am besten.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Focaccia ähnelt einem Fladenbrot. Man kann sie unterschiedlich belegen und backen. Sie schmeckt sowohl pur als auch belegt mit verschiedenem Gemüse. Die Zubereitung ist sehr einfach. Einen Hefeteig kneten, gehen lassen, ausrollen und belegen. So einfach kann eine schmackhafte Mahlzeit sein. Die Bohnen in der Blumenkohlcreme verleihen noch einen extra sättigenden Beitrag zu diesem Gericht.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Getrocknete Tomaten werden so lange getrocknet, bis sie fast vollständig entwässert sind. Dadurch ist der Geschmack süßlicher und konzentrierter. Die Beschaffenheit ist fester. Bei den halbgetrockneten Tomaten ist der Geschmack ebenfalls sehr intensiv, jedoch sind diese in der Textur weicher.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Das Olivenbrot schmeckt auch ganz ausgezeichnet mit schwarzen Oliven. Ihr könnt auch aus dem Teig kleine Olivenschnecken backen. Die kann man jederzeit und überall mitnehmen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Der Unterschied zwischen grünen und schwarzen Oliven liegt in ihrem Reifegrad. Grüne Oliven werden bevor sie reif sind geerntet. Sie haben eine festere Beschaffenheit. Schwarze Oliven hängen länger am Baum bis sie vollständig gereift sind. Sie sind milder im Geschmack und leicht süßlich. Außerdem haben sie eine weichere Textur. Ein Olivenbrot schmeckt mit beiden Olivensorten.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Diese Brötchen esse ich am liebsten mit meiner <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/einfache-sojajoghurt-sosse-schmeckt-immer/">Sojajoghurt Soße</a> und etwas Tempeh oder Tofu, der vorher im Backofen mariniert gebacken wurde. Es eignen sich auch <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/category/rezepte/burger-und-vergleichbares/">verschiedene Burger</a> perfekt für diese Brötchen.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tipps</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer keine Pizzafunktion im Backofen hat, dann bei 180 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze backen. Jedoch darauf achten, dass die Pizza nicht zu heiß gebacken wird, da sonst der Kürbisbelag leicht Farbe annimmt. Also immer ein bisschen die Pizza im Auge behalten. Lieber die Temperatur des Backofens herunterschalten oder abdecken.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Den Spagettikürbis kann man auch vorher teilen, dann die Schnittflächen innen leicht salzen und mit den Schnittflächen auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier legen. Dann im Backofen bei 180 &#8211; 200 Grad ca. 45 Minuten backen. Dies richtet sich aber immer nach der Größe des Kürbis. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Oder man kocht den ganzen Kürbis im Wassertopf für ca. 30 Minuten. Die Schale vorher ein paar Mal einstechen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ich habe diesmal den Kürbis für meine süße Herbst-Pizza wie oben beschrieben im Wasserbad im Backofen gegart. Die Schale des Kürbis ist sehr hart und man kann ihn schlecht teilen. Da empfiehlt es sich, ein geeignetes Kürbismesser zu benutzen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn man die Schale gut einstechen kann, dann ist der Kürbis fertig.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Warum nehme ich eine Pizzafunktion des Backofens? Die Pizzafunktion bedeutet, dass hier die Unterhitze ein bisschen stärker eingestellt ist als die Oberhitze. Die süße Herbst-Pizza gelingt dadurch besser.</p>
