<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Es muss nicht aufwendig sein, hockt euch abends zusammen und esst ein super leckeres, gesundes Brot mit Kidneybohnen-Aufstrich. Darüber passt der Paprika super, aber ihr könnt auch Lauchzwiebeln, Rucola, Salat, Tomaten und vieles mehr benutzen. So kann man spielend leicht rohes Gemüse in die Ernährung integrieren.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ihr könnt natürlich eure Kidneybohnen selber kochen. Dazu einfach getrocknete Bohnen einen Tag vorher in Wasser einweichen und am anderen Tag im Schnellkochtopf ungefähr 12 &#8211; 15 Minuten kochen lassen.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Kidneybohnen Burger</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In meiner Variante ist der Mais als Gemüseart bereits integriert. Natürlich kann man die Kidneybohnen Burger auch ohne Mais oder Haferflocken backen. Dann sind sie vielleicht nicht ganz so locker, aber ebenso schmackhaft und nahrhaft. Probiert einfach meine super leckeren Burger. Als zusätzliche sättigende Beilage zu verschiedenem Gemüse und <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/rosmarin-thymian-kartoffeln-schmackhaft/">Rosmarinkartoffeln</a> oder auch als leckere Burger mit <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/category/rezepte/backwaren/broetchen-backwaren/">Brötchen</a>, <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/einfache-sojajoghurt-sosse-schmeckt-immer/">Soße</a> und Salat.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Verwendet frische Kräuter wie z. B. Petersilie oder auch Koriander. Kocht getrocknete Kidneybohnen und macht daraus Burger. Dadurch könnt ihr mehrere backen und etliche einfrieren. Das erspart Zeit und man hat immer ein paar Kidneybohnen Burger zur Hand. Getrocknete Bohnen müssen jedoch vor dem Kochen 1 Tag in Wasser gelegt werden. Mit einem Schnellkochtopf sind sie dann in kürzester Zeit fertig.</p>
