Potato wedges

Potato wedges are baked in the oven without oil. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. That's how wedges are supposed to be. They make a great snack, side dish or even a meal on their own.

Zutaten
  

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 0,5 tsp curry powder
  • herbs of choice optional
  • some onion powder
  • some garlic powder optional

Method
 

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut into wedges with the skin.
  2. Mix in a bowl with paprika powder and curry powder.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees hot air.
  4. Either place the potato wedges on a baking tray with baking paper or place an oven rack on the baking tray and spread the potatoes on it. The air circulation with hot air makes them especially crispy.
