Mashed potatoes as we know them. Creamy tender and hearty with brown onions.

Zutaten
  

  • 1 kg floury potatoes
  • water as needed
  • some salt and nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes in a potato steamer until cooked.
  2. Then peel and press through a potato ricer.
  3. Pour hot water over it and stir immediately.
  4. Dose the water carefully, otherwise the mush will be too liquid.
  5. Season the puree with salt and a little grated nutmeg.
