Breakfast with porridge and fruit

My healthy breakfast consists of oatmeal and various types of fruit. Carob is stirred in for extra flavor. And on top of that, ground flax seeds.

Zutaten
  

  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp carob
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed whole grain
  • water as needed
  • various fruits according to taste

Method
 

  1. Put oatmeal in a saucepan.
  2. Add enough water to cover the oatmeal.
  3. Cook oatmeal until it becomes a creamy mass.
  4. Add the carob and continue to cook briefly. Stir briskly all the time.
  5. Put oatmeal in a plate.
  6. Sprinkle ground flax seeds on top.
  7. Add fruit to taste.
