<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I love creative ideas. Especially when it comes to food, so I tried something again and created this beet cordon bleu. Just give it a try. It is a new taste experience, which you can still change individually.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Beet Cordon Bleu</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">It&#8217;s different, it&#8217;s special, and it&#8217;s versatile. Try it with one of my <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/en/category/recipes/potato-products/">potato products</a> and lots of veggies from one of my <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/en/category/recipes/main-dishes/lunch/">lunches</a>. If you don&#8217;t like mustard, you can just leave it out. Everyone likes it differently. This recipe is the basis for a novel treat. Beet Cordon Bleu for people who like to try new things.</p>

Place a second slice on top. Spread the top slice with a little mustard and spread the bread crumbs on top. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bread crumbs are easy to have on hand if you chop leftover bread a bit, mix it in a blender, and then freeze it.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You do not have to throw away the juice of the cooked beet. It is healthy and can be drunk easily. Or you can use it as another ingredient in a smoothie.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Juniper berries and bay leaves can be put in small tea bags that you can cook with, so you have them removed faster after cooking.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Just cook the potato stew once with purple potatoes.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Beet have a lot of nutrients, also provide natural iron due to its red color, which is essential for the body. Juniper berries should not be consumed raw. My recipe this time is a composition of kale and beet. An absolute taste experience. Cabbage is a distinct winter vegetable. It can be harvested from the field for a long time and tolerates frost very well. Some say it needs a frost over it first, then it is stronger in taste.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Kale pot</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A great recipe is this vegetable pot. You can just see how the colors mirror each other. From red to black and green. As the name suggests, a particularly nutrient-rich stew. This time there are potatoes with it, so that the nutrients and the saturation level also come into their own. The meal is simply the ideal meal for everyone. Beet naturally tastes a bit like earth and has a sweet component. But that&#8217;s exactly what it does in this vegetable casserole.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The red tuber need a longer cooking time. Therefore, cut thinly. Alternatively, you can boil the whole tuber beforehand in water for about 1 hour until soft, then peel and add to the turnip vegetables. You can also cook the whole tuber the day before.</p>
