Raisin rolls with curd – quickly made

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g whole spelt flour
  • 40 g date flour
  • 3 g dry yeast
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 130 g soy curd
  • 20 g potato flour
  • 60 g raisins
  • 150 ml soy drink, amount as needed

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients and let rise, covered, for 1 hour.
  • Then knead the yeast dough lightly. Best with floured hands.
  • Form a roll on a surface. Separate small portions from it.
  • Shape them into rounds and place on a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Let rise again for about 15 minutes.
  • Before baking, brush the raisin rolls with soy drink.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for 20 minutes.

Tip

Spread homemade jam on raisin roll. Tastes extremely good.

Interesting to know
