Method
- Mix all ingredients and let rise, covered, for 1 hour.
- Then knead the yeast dough lightly. Best with floured hands.
- Form a roll on a surface. Separate small portions from it.
- Shape them into rounds and place on a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Let rise again for about 15 minutes.
- Before baking, brush the raisin rolls with soy drink.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for 20 minutes.

From the dough you can also make raisin pretzels.
