Pancakes with an irresistible taste of cocoa. This makes them a pure treat for the palate. These pancakes are quick to bake and yet nutritious. If you like, you can also enjoy them with apple sauce or other fruit.

Pancakes from the oven
Pancakes baked in a different way. Cocoa refines the taste in a very special way.
Ingredients
- 220 g whole spelt flour
- 30 g date flour
- 10 g cacao
- 2 g baking powder
- 150 ml soy drink
- 80 g soy curd
- 100 ml water with sparkling water
- 2 tsp lupin flour optional
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
- Using a wet spoon, scoop out small portions of the dough and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake the pancakes for approx. 15 minutes. When they are ready, remove the tray from the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes. Then carefully remove from the baking paper.
Tip
If using additional lupin flour, mix this in a cup with the sparkling water beforehand and then add to the dough.
Interesting to know
Lupin flour with sparkling water is used as a substitute to make the dough rise even better.
