Pancakes from the oven
Pancakes baked in a different way. Cocoa refines the taste in a very special way.

- 220 g whole spelt flour
- 30 g date flour
- 10 g cacao
- 2 g baking powder
- 150 ml soy drink
- 80 g soy curd
- 100 ml water with sparkling water
- 2 tsp lupin flour optional
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
Using a wet spoon, scoop out small portions of the dough and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the pancakes for approx. 15 minutes. When they are ready, remove the tray from the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes. Then carefully remove from the baking paper.
