Pancakes from the oven

Pancakes baked in a different way. Cocoa refines the taste in a very special way.

Ingredients
  

  • 220 g whole spelt flour
  • 30 g date flour
  • 10 g cacao
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 150 ml soy drink
  • 80 g soy curd
  • 100 ml water with sparkling water
  • 2 tsp lupin flour optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
  • Using a wet spoon, scoop out small portions of the dough and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake the pancakes for approx. 15 minutes. When they are ready, remove the tray from the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes. Then carefully remove from the baking paper.
