Ingredients
  

  • 200 g lupine meal
  • 30 g oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 g lupine flour
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 0,5 tsp garam masala
  • some herbs of Provence
  • 20 g starch flour
  • 500 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Simmer lupine meal with 500 ml water for about 15 minutes. Then let steep covered for another 15 minutes.
  • Then add all the remaining ingredients to the lupine meal and mix.
  • Form burgers from the mixture.
  • On a tray lined with baking paper, place the individual burgers.
  • Cover with another sheet of baking paper.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for about 20 – 25 minutes.

Tip
