Lupine burger with lupine meal
Lupine burgers as an alternative to conventional burgers. With lupine meal a full-bodied and pithy taste.

- 200 g lupine meal
- 30 g oatmeal
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 20 g lupine flour
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp mustard
- 0,5 tsp garam masala
- some herbs of Provence
- 20 g starch flour
- 500 ml water
Simmer lupine meal with 500 ml water for about 15 minutes. Then let steep covered for another 15 minutes.
Then add all the remaining ingredients to the lupine meal and mix.
Form burgers from the mixture.
On a tray lined with baking paper, place the individual burgers.
Cover with another sheet of baking paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for about 20 - 25 minutes.
