Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple, approx. 110 g
  • 150 ml almond drink
  • 300 g whole spelt flour
  • 100 g date flour
  • 20 g starch flour
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 150 g soy yogurt
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • some grated edible lemon peel

Method
 

  1. Wash, cut and core the apple.
  2. Mix together with the almond drink in a blender jug.
  3. In a bowl, put all the remaining ingredients and add the liquid.
  4. Line a cake pan with baking paper. Spread the dough on it.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for appr. 60 minutes.
