A real treat for the palate is this delicious sauce. Simple and quick to prepare. Leek, also known as leek or spring onion, gives dishes a mild, slightly sweet taste and goes perfectly with potato products or pasta, but also rice and other vegetables.

Ingredients
- 250 ml water
- 1 leek stick
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 2-3 tsp flour type 630 for binding
Instructions
- Wash the leeks and cut them into small pieces.
- Boil with the water until soft.
- Then bind with flour and season with the spices.
Tip
Refine your leek sauce with different ingredients. For example, you can sprinkle yeast flakes or add additional herbs and spices to the sauce. However, I like it best pure.
