Leek sauce
The leek sauce tastes hearty and is incredibly delicious. It goes perfectly with a variety of dishes. Cooked oil-free and vegan.

- 250 ml water
- 1 leek stick
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 2-3 tsp flour type 630 for binding
Wash the leeks and cut them into small pieces.
Boil with the water until soft.
Then bind with flour and season with the spices.
