Leek sauce

The leek sauce tastes hearty and is incredibly delicious. It goes perfectly with a variety of dishes. Cooked oil-free and vegan.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml water
  • 1 leek stick
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 2-3 tsp flour type 630 for binding

Instructions
 

  • Wash the leeks and cut them into small pieces.
  • Boil with the water until soft.
  • Then bind with flour and season with the spices.
