Ingredients
Method
- Make a yeast dough from the ingredients.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour. Then knead lightly.
- Wash and pit the plums.
- With floured hands, cut small pieces of dough from the yeast dough.
- Shape each dough round, then place a plum in the center and shape everything again.
- Put 2 tablespoons of almond drink in a bowl.
- Mix date flour and cinnamon.
- Roll each plum noodle first in almond drink and then roll all around in the date flour and cinnamon mixture.
- Take a high oven dish and cover it with baking paper.
- Place the plum noodles in the baking dish one at a time, 2 next to each other, spacing them slightly apart so that there are about 8 - 10 plum noodles in the baking dish.
- Then let rise covered for another 20 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for approx. 50 minutes. In between, brush with almond drink from time to time.

- For the plum sauce, wash, pit and chop 6 - 8 plums as needed.
- Bring 300 ml of water and 1 tablespoon of date flour and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to a boil with the plums.
- Simmer the whole thing for 10 minutes until the plums are soft.
