Vanilla sauce
The incredibly delicious homemade vanilla sauce. Quick and easy to prepare.

- 250 ml soy drink
- 1 half a vanilla pod
- 1 tsp date flour
- 1 pinch of turmeric powder
- 10 g starch flour
Wash the vanilla pod and cut into one half. Scrape out the vanilla pulp with a knife.
Bring the soy drink, vanilla pulp and the remaining vanilla pod to the boil in a pan.
Sprinkle in the date flour and turmeric and leave to cook.
Dissolve the cornflour in a cup with 2 teaspoons of cold soy drink.
Then add to the hot liquid with a whisk. Stir everything quickly so that no lumps form. Bring to the boil until the mixture thickens.
