Soft burger buns

These buns captivate with their texture. Soft burger buns can be used so versatile. Whether round or elongated, whether with burger or even with spread.

Ingredients
  

  • 140 g whole spelt flour
  • 20 g potato flour
  • 3 g dry yeast
  • 2 g salt
  • 100 ml warm water
  • 40 g soy yogurt
  • black cumin optional

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, salt and dry yeast and potato flour.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir everything together well.
  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Then knead again lightly.
  5. Divide dough into 3 parts. Shape each part into an oblong shape.
  6. Place on a baking paper and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
  7. Then cut and sprinkle with black cumin.
  8. Cover with an additional mold.
  9. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
