- 300 g potatoes
- 2 - 3 tsp rosemary fresh
- 0,5 tsp thyme
- water for cooking
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
Cook in an ovenproof dish with the herbs and water for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat.
The bottom of the ovenproof dish should be slightly filled with water so that the potatoes still peek out.
