Rice porridge
A delicious breakfast with rice porridge and mango. Can of course also be eaten as a snack. Satisfying and tasty. Popular with young and old.

basmati whole grain rice
350
ml
soy drink
1
tsp
date flour
optional
1
tsp
cinnamon
optional
1
mango
Instructions
Wash the rice and put it in a large pot with the vegetable drink.
Let the whole simmer for approx. 25 - 30 minutes. Stir again and again. If necessary, add more soy milk.
Arrange the rice porridge on a plate.
Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Spread on top afterwards.
Alternatively, sprinkle with a little date flour and cinnamon.
