Method
- Wash the rice and put it in a large pot with the vegetable drink.
- Let the whole simmer for approx. 25 - 30 minutes. Stir again and again. If necessary, add more soy milk.
- Arrange the rice porridge on a plate.
- Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Spread on top afterwards.
- Alternatively, sprinkle with a little date flour and cinnamon.
