Rice porridge

A delicious breakfast with rice porridge and mango. Can of course also be eaten as a snack. Satisfying and tasty. Popular with young and old.

Ingredients
  

  • 80 g basmati whole grain rice
  • 350 ml soy drink
  • 1 tsp date flour optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1 mango

Method
 

  1. Wash the rice and put it in a large pot with the vegetable drink.
  2. Let the whole simmer for approx. 25 - 30 minutes. Stir again and again. If necessary, add more soy milk.
  3. Arrange the rice porridge on a plate.
  4. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Spread on top afterwards.
  5. Alternatively, sprinkle with a little date flour and cinnamon.
