- Wash the rice and simmer in the pot with the soy drink for approx. 25 - 30 minutes. Stir again and again. 
- Finally, stir in date flour and cinnamon. 
- Mix oat flakes into flour. 
- Mix the apple cut into small pieces with water. 
- Mix starch flour with 20 ml cold water until smooth. 
- When the rice porridge has cooled slightly, stir in soy curd, pureed apple, and oatmeal flour and stirred starch. 
- Press with wet spoons into a silicone mold for granola bars. 
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for about 20 - 25 minutes.
