Red lentil spread on hearty sourdough bread. Spicy tuned with various spices.

- 150 g red lentils
- 450 ml water for cooking the lentils
- Salt and pepper to taste
- some turmeric powder
- some curry powder
- some cumin
- some onion powder
- Schnittlauch optional
Wash lentils and bring to a boil with the water in a pot, then simmer gently until tender.
Pour off excess water.
Mix mass with blender.
Season to taste with the spices.
