If it should go once fast and one has no desire to bake rolls. Quick simple flatbread is the alternative here.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g whole spelt flour
  • 150-200 ml water or sparkling water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 0,5 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix the dough well. Makes 3 patties.
  • Place 3 portions on a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Flatten slightly with water and prick several times with a fork.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for 25 - 30 minutes.
