Ingredients
  

  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 220-250 ml water
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed whole grain

Method
 

  1. Bring oatmeal to a boil with water and simmer gently until porridge becomes creamy.
  2. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
  3. Grind the flax seeds in a coffee grinder.
  4. Arrange everything together in a small bowl and enjoy.
