Porridge with cocoa nibs
My porridge is made from tender rolled oats. The addition of cocoa nibs gives the porridge an intense chocolate flavor and a pleasant crunchy texture.

- 80 g oatmeal
- 1 kaki
- 1 pear
- 1 tbsp cocoa Nibs
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed whole grain
- 220-250 ml water
Place rolled oats in a small saucepan.
Fill up with water.
Stir in the cocoa nibs.
Cook everything together to a oatmeal.
Wash and chop the fruit.
Pour the oatmeal into a breakfast bowl.
Spread fruit on top.
Grind flax seeds and add as a topping to the oatmeal.
