Porridge with cocoa nibs

My porridge is made from tender rolled oats. The addition of cocoa nibs gives the porridge an intense chocolate flavor and a pleasant crunchy texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 1 kaki
  • 1 pear
  • 1 tbsp cocoa Nibs
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed whole grain
  • 220-250 ml water

Method
 

  1. Place rolled oats in a small saucepan.
  2. Fill up with water.
  3. Stir in the cocoa nibs.
  4. Cook everything together to a oatmeal.
  5. Wash and chop the fruit.
  6. Pour the oatmeal into a breakfast bowl.
  7. Spread fruit on top.
  8. Grind flax seeds and add as a topping to the oatmeal.
