Plum sauce
Fruity plum sauce refined with a hint of cinnamon. As a juicy accompaniment to desserts or as a snack between meals.

- 400 g pitted plums
- 10 g date flour
- 1 g cinnamon
- 300 ml water
Wash and pit the plums.
Then cut into small pieces.
Simmer in a pan with the water, date flour and cinnamon for approx. 10 minutes.
