Fruity plum sauce refined with a hint of cinnamon. As a juicy accompaniment to desserts or as a snack between meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g pitted plums
  • 10 g date flour
  • 1 g cinnamon
  • 300 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Wash and pit the plums.
  • Then cut into small pieces.
  • Simmer in a pan with the water, date flour and cinnamon for approx. 10 minutes.
