- 1 kg floury potatoes
- water as needed
- some salt and nutmeg
Boil potatoes in a potato steamer until cooked.
Then peel and press through a potato ricer.
Pour hot water over it and stir immediately.
Dose the water carefully, otherwise the mush will be too liquid.
Season the puree with salt and a little grated nutmeg.
