Lupine tofu burger

Lupine tofu burgers are a delicious alternative to other vegan burgers.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g cooked lupine seeds
  • 200 g tofu
  • some water
  • 2 tbsp lupine flour
  • 2 tbsp potato flour
  • 2 tsp locust bean gum
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0,5 tsp thyme dried
  • 1 tsp parsley dried
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch of ground caraway
  • 1 pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of onion powder
  • 1 splash of lupine sauce or soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Divide tofu into smaller pieces and puree in a blender with the cooked lupine seeds with a little water.
  • Pour into a bowl and add remaining ingredients.
  • Leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
  • Then form burgers from the mass.
  • Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper. Cover with additional baking paper.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for 20 minutes.
