Lupine tofu burger
Lupine tofu burgers are a delicious alternative to other vegan burgers.

- 200 g cooked lupine seeds
- 200 g tofu
- some water
- 2 tbsp lupine flour
- 2 tbsp potato flour
- 2 tsp locust bean gum
- salt and pepper to taste
- 0,5 tsp thyme dried
- 1 tsp parsley dried
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch of ground caraway
- 1 pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 1 pinch of onion powder
- 1 splash of lupine sauce or soy sauce
Divide tofu into smaller pieces and puree in a blender with the cooked lupine seeds with a little water.
Pour into a bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
Then form burgers from the mass.
Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper. Cover with additional baking paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for 20 minutes.
