Lentil stew
The classic prepared my way. Lentils are part of a wholesome diet. Plate lentils are preferably taken to a typical lentil stew. Vegetables and spices give the stew its flavor. Potatoes are additionally filling and a staple food.

Instructions
Clean and chop the vegetables.
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Rinse lentils in a sieve.
Put everything together in a large pot with the water.
Simmer the lentil stew, lightly covered, for about 30 minutes.
When the lentils are soft, season with the spices.
