Method
- Peel potatoes, cut into halves and boil in water for about 20 - 25 minutes.
- Boil lentils with 3 times the amount of water for about 12 minutes.
- Peel and chop the kohlrabi and simmer in a pot with about 300 ml of water together with the chopped onion until the kohlrabi is soft.
- Then season with salt, pepper and parsley.
- Mix flour with water and thicken the kohlrabi vegetables with it. Stir in the lentils.
