Kohlrabi and lentils
A stew that has it all. Kohlrabi and lentils complement each other wonderfully. Lots of healthy vegetables and satisfying lentils. Plus boiled potatoes. Cooking could not be simpler.

- 3 kohlrabi
- 1 onion
- 100 g yellow lentils
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2-3 tsp spelt flour type 630
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pinch of fenugreek
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- water for cooking
- 300 g potatoes
Peel potatoes, cut into halves and boil in water for about 20 - 25 minutes.
Boil lentils with 3 times the amount of water for about 12 minutes.
Peel and chop the kohlrabi and simmer in a pot with about 300 ml of water together with the chopped onion until the kohlrabi is soft.
Then season with salt, pepper and parsley.
Mix flour with water and thicken the kohlrabi vegetables with it. Stir in the lentils.
