French fries

French fries with herbs of Provence taste particularly hearty. They taste great as a snack between meals, with a hearty sauce or even with vegetables. My spicy fries are simply irresistibly good.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 2 tsp herbs of Provence
  • 1 tsp bell pepper powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 0,5 tsp onion powder
  • 0,5 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into pencils.
  2. Mix with the herbs and spices in a bowl.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat.
  4. Place on a baking sheet with baking paper.
  5. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes in convection oven, depending on the thickness of the potatoes.
