Falafel
Falafel quickly and easily prepared in the oven. As a side dish to any meal. Sometimes round, sometimes flat, a falafel always tastes good. In the oven, a flatter version is advantageous, because they are baked through better. Completely without oil, just put them on a baking paper.

- 150 g chickpea flour
- 200 ml water
- 1 shallot or normal onion
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 1 pinch of paprika powder noble sweet
- 0,5 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 0,5 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 1 pinch of locust bean gum
- 1 tsp starch flour
Chop the onion very finely and mix with the remaining ingredients.
Pour boiling water over the whole. Leave to rise for 15 - 30 minutes.
Form small balls with wet hands. Flatten them slightly and place them on a baking paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for 15 minutes.
