Chocolate muffins with millet flakes and cocoa nibs

- 300 g whole spelt flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 30 g cocoa nibs
- 150 g millet flakes
- 120 g date flour
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 500 ml soy drink
Stir all ingredients together briskly.
Using a tablespoon, pour into silicone muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for 20 minutes.
Then let cool slightly and only then remove from the ramekins.
