Cake with cacao topping. The classic in a different form.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g whole spelt flour
  • 1/2 sachet of baking powder
  • 80 g date flour
  • 120 g soy yogurt
  • 15 g psyllium seed husks
  • 15 g cacao nibs
  • 10 g tapioca starch
  • 200 ml soy drink
For the topping
  • 115 g soy yogurt
  • 20 ml soy drink
  • 15 g cacao powder
  • 10 g date flour

Method
 

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat.
  4. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
  5. Pour in the dough.
  6. Mix the ingredients for the topping in a bowl.
  7. Carefully spread on the dough.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
