Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat.
Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
Pour in the dough.
Mix the ingredients for the topping in a bowl.
Carefully spread on the dough.
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
