Method
- Put oatmeal in a saucepan.
- Add enough water to cover the oatmeal.
- Cook oatmeal until it becomes a creamy mass.
- Add the carob and continue to cook briefly. Stir briskly all the time.
- Put oatmeal in a plate.
- Sprinkle ground flax seeds on top.
- Add fruit to taste.
