Black rice burgers

Black rice burgers are incredibly tasty and nutritious in combination. Beans and rice everything is combined.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g cooked black rice
  • 400 g cooked black beans
  • 2 tbsp potato flour
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Italian spice
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 2 tsp parsley dried
  • salt, bell pepper, paprika powder and chili powder to taste
  • a little garlic powder and onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice with 3 times the amount of water for 20 minutes until soft.
  • The beans can be taken from the can, because here they are already cooked. Puree the beans with a blender.
  • Mix rice and beans and all other spices in a bowl.
  • Use your hands to cut and shape burgers.
  • Place them on a baking tray with baking paper. Then cover with an additional baking paper.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat for 20 minutes.
