Black rice burgers
Black rice burgers are incredibly tasty and nutritious in combination. Beans and rice everything is combined.

- 200 g cooked black rice
- 400 g cooked black beans
- 2 tbsp potato flour
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian spice
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 2 tsp parsley dried
- salt, bell pepper, paprika powder and chili powder to taste
- a little garlic powder and onion powder
Cook the rice with 3 times the amount of water for 20 minutes until soft.
The beans can be taken from the can, because here they are already cooked. Puree the beans with a blender.
Mix rice and beans and all other spices in a bowl.
Use your hands to cut and shape burgers.
Place them on a baking tray with baking paper. Then cover with an additional baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat for 20 minutes.
